Gong Bath

Attendees are passive recipients and do not have to do anything other than allow the sound vibrations to wash over you.

Please ensure you bring a mat or blanket to lie/sit on, cushions for comfort and blankets, warm/appropriate clothes to keep you cosy as you will be laid down or sat for over an hour. You may wish to bring an eye pillow or scarf for your eyes and a bottle of water. These can be provided if you let me know in advance.
