Forest Bathing (Walk) at Benmore

Forest Bathing (no water involved) is a nature connection practice that originates from Japan and is called Shinrin-Yoku in Japanese.

It is about spending time in nature, slowing down, relaxing, and tuning your senses into the natural world around you.

Ruth Overington, local Forest Bathing Practitioner @RootsTherapy will guide you through this slow and gentle walk.  We will wander along the Younger Walk to the top of the Redwood Avenue.  We then head towards our Silent Space within the peaceful Golden Gates arboretum.  The perfect location to connect with nature, canopy gaze, enjoy quiet reflection and a little nature poetry.

This lovely walk will conclude with everyone coming together for a cup of herbal tea.
