Cowal Gathering is back for it’s 132nd year!
Starting on Thursday 27th August with the Scottish Championship and World Highland Dancing Championship qualifying rounds.
Friday has the Scottish National Highland Dancing Championships, and Juvenile Solo Piping Competitions, followed by Gig at the Gathering on Friday evening (tickets available separately).
On Saturday the event culminates with the World Highland Dancing Championship finals, The Argyllshire Championship and Pre-premier competitions, The Cowal Pipe Band competitions, international heavy athletics competitions, traditional backhold wrestling competitions, along with live music, free family entertainment, trade stands, giant games, and more.
