Regular practise of Tai Chi provides a range of physical and mental health benefits, including flexibility, balance, co-ordination, strength and cognitive ability.

Exercise classes are now available to join, run by Iain Campbell, who has over 12 years experience in running classes in Tai Chi and Chi Gong exercises.
