We welcome adult carers to join us for a knit and a natter. At the carers centre, our aim is to offer a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere where carers can talk about their caring role in a confidential and non-judgemental way. People often don’t view themselves as a carer. As a result you can miss out on vital support to assist you in the caring role. Carers can, and do, face many challenges throughout the caring journey.

We really care about your well-being!

Carer Support Groups are facilitated in rural areas. It is a fantastic opportunity to meet with other carers, reduce isolation, share your caring experience and find peer support.
