Shirley Valentine is a comedy by Willy Russell, which was later adapted into a hit film starring Pauline Collins.
Shirley is a bored, middle-aged housewife in Liverpool, with only the kitchen wall to keep her company. As she ruminates on her life, her grown up kids, her loveless marriage, she ponders on how she ended up where she is now… until an invite to holiday in Greece changes her forever!
This funny, heart-warming, one-woman play stars local Dunoon actress Elaine Graham, and follows on from a sold out production in Greenock.
