Wonderful meditative sound bath with Kirsteen Black Holistic Therapies.
Soothing sounds to calm the mind, release stress and restore a deep sense of inner peace and relaxation.
No experience needed, simply come along with a mat to lie down on or a chair to relax into (4 zero-gravity chairs bookable by request), a cosy blanket or a pillow for comfort.
Lie back and let the sounds do the work as Kirsteen guides you into complete relaxation and you are then immersed in the healing vibrations of Himalayan and Crystal singing bowls, drums, gongs, chimes and gentle voice.
A heavenly hour just for you with tea and treats afterwards.
