The retreat consists of a two night stay within the 5* Lodge at Carrick Castle. You have the option to share a twin room or book a private double.

Participate in Seasonal Yoga classes, Yin Yoga , Qigong and embodied movement. Meditation each morning. Free time in the afternoon to enjoy the spa facilities and the glorious surrounding nature. Sound healings and life coaching optional.

A wholesome delicious Mediterranean cuisine will be served taking into consideration all dietary needs.
