VE Day Celebrations (80th Anniversary) 8th May 2025 & 10th May 2025.
Dunoon Community Council, in collaboration with Poppy Scotland, Dunoon Presents Dunoon Community Development Trust, Cowal Combined Services Club have started to plan the Celebrations for the 80th Anniversary of VE Day. VE day will be marked with a simple ceremony on 8th May 2025 and a fun filled family day on Saturday 10th May 2025.
The family day, at Argyll Gardens, will include music, dances, market stalls, picnic, pipe bands, vintage cars and more.
