Are you cooking for one and need some inspiration? Not sure how to use up your leftovers? Would you like to brush up on your cooking and baking skills and share a meal with new people?

Our Sunday Club Club sessions offer you the chance to learn new skills from local chef, Elena, meet people, and share the food you cook together.

March’s Topic: Adapting classic recipes  for vegan & gluten free diets.

For this session we are going to put a couple of twists on the classic recipes to make suitable for those with gluten and dairy intolerance. Using readily available and budget friendly ingredients we will explore food that’s a bit different, but still very tasty and easy to prepare.

Menu:

Comforting Lentil soup (vegan, gluten free)

Sweetcorn fritters (gluten free)

Macaroni cheese, cajun potato wedges, green salad (vegan)

Meringue nests with cream and fruit (vegan, gluten free).

Limited to 10 spaces per session and pre-booking is essential. Please book via the Eventbrite link.
Please note: we are unable to modify the recipes, and we cannot guarantee that individual dietary needs will be met. A communal kitchen will be used; therefore, we are unable to ensure the prevention of cross-contamination of gluten, nuts, or any other possible allergens.
Suggested donation of £5.
