A fascinating plant
Originating in China, rhubarb has a fascinating history of smuggling, international trade monopolies and pudding making. Easy to grow. Easy to cook. And tastes like summer. It’s clear to see why unfussy rhubarb is so popular. We’ll delve into the history of this tasty plant as well as the plans for our rhubarb revolution in Dunoon.
Named after POP (People of Place) our Rhubob soft drink syrup is named after Robert ‘Bob’ Bryden, architect of Dunoon Burgh Hall.
