Cowal Mountain Bike Club and Dunoon on the Move are co-hosting a series of winter workshops.
The general theme will be: “CARING”.
Our second Winter Workshop will be addressing the question of how fit do you want/need to be. So come prepared with questions!
This is good way to go into the winter, armed with knowledge about getting and staying fit for the activities you are planning.
Please note these workshops are free for Mountain Bike Club members but all are welcome. A cost of £10 will cover the three workshops for non members. This will enable the attendees to become members of CMBC along with all the benefits this entails!
