Pick your date to start your Sewing journey! Learn how to use a sewing machine & make skill-samples of seams, hems & fastenings. Beginners 2-hour workshop, including all the equipment, fabric & haberdashery you will need. If you have a machine, feel free to bring it along & learn on that.
Learn or refresh how to thread & use a sewing machine, adjust the machine tension and try out a range of stitches by making skill-samples of seams, hems & fastenings. You will receive printed Sewing Tutor portfolio pages on which to make notes and mount your skill-samples, and so gradually build up your very own Sewing Tutor how-to reference guide!
Please note that the workshops are on the 2nd floor and unfortunately there is no lift.
