Gather and Feast: Sunday roast sharing meal
A warm and inviting experience, perfect for bringing family and friends together.
At the centre of the meal, a beautifully roasted joint of meat — succulent beef or a golden-brown chicken or vegetable wellington — takes the spotlight, surrounded by an array of colourful sides. Crispy roasted potatoes, buttery mashed potatoes, and seasonal vegetables like honey-glazed carrots and vibrant green beans create a feast for the eyes. A rich gravy is served, ready to be ladled over everything, while homemade Yorkshire puddings and skirklie stuffing is inviting everyone to dig in.
Each dish is placed on the table family-style, encouraging guests to share and serve themselves, fostering a sense of community and togetherness.
As everyone gathers around, laughter and stories flow as freely as the drinks. After the main course, a delightful dessert awaits, such as a warm apple crumble with ice cream or a rich sticky toffee pudding, inviting everyone to linger a little longer and enjoy each other’s company.
Accompanied by traditional live folk music, the atmosphere is filled with warmth, love, and the simple joy of sharing good food, making the Gather and Feast Sunday roast a cherished tradition.
Gluten Free, Vegetarian and Vegan diets catered too – please make us aware at the point of booking.
Allergens in the kitchen: wheat, gluten, dairy.
