A safe, supportive, fun group where everyone feels welcomed and included. Set to a rejuvenating soundscape this is a strong class that is great for beginners, those who have injuries and anyone who believes they’re ‘not flexible. You don’t have to curl yourself into a pretzel to get the benefits! Also a powerful class for experienced yogi’s.
Each class we begin with meditation, practice pranyama (breathwork) and explore a different sequence each month here.
