Casual Trousers – Skills & Project

Wanting a sewing project to get stuck into but not sure what? Why not make these Casual Trousers! You will make skills-samples including a fly-zip, pockets, seams and hems at 1-3pm on Sept13,20 & 27.

This is a Beginner to Intermediate course. All the equipment and tools you need are provided but if you have your own sewing machine & equipment, it’s a great idea to bring them, if you can, and learn on what you will later be using at home. Fabric and haberdashery is also provided for all the skills-samples you will make, along with the Sewing Tutor portfolio pages on which to mount your samples and make further notes. Requirements for fabric & haberdashery for the trousers will be emailed to you prior to the course starting; why not try upcycling fabric for this project?!

Please note – the workshops are on the 2nd floor and unfortunately there is no lift.
